Dogs
Our dog units are fully
roofed, spacious, secure and have plenty of light and ventilation.
Each unit has its own hammock bed.
Each resident is treated
like a very special friend and we try to cater for most requirements.
We have a vet on call 24 hours a day. Residents are able to use the
20m x 15m day runs for an exercise period each day. All food served
is high quality, but we recommend that you let us know what type of food
your dog prefers, so we can cater to their requirements. We
prefer to feed what your dog is used to as a change in diet can sometimes
lead to tummy upsets.
The following lists some of
the conditions and services we provide :
- Our dog units are 1.5
metres x 4.5 metres in size
- Our day runs (exercise
yards) are 20 metres x 15 metres in size
- Vet on call 24 hours a
day
- All units are fully
roofed with plenty of light and ventilation
- All units are secure
- All units have a hammock
style bed for your dogs comfort
- All units are
disinfected on a daily basis and are regularly checked for cleanliness
- All food bowls are
raised from the floor
- We try to feed your dog
what you normally feed (within reason of course)
- Special treatment will
be given to those who require it (normally at no extra cost)
- Our dog breeding
experience has taught us to recognise any problems as they occur
What we will require :
- All dogs must be
vaccinated to C5 before entry to our Kennels
- Please supply us with an
emergency telephone number
- Please bring your pets
favourite toy and or blanket (just to make them feel more at home)
- When you drop your pet
off to board, please do not make an excessive fuss or become too
emotional. Dogs can be very sensitive and if you appear to
be upset, your dog may become distressed.
